Fees

Raven Care Ltd contracts with local Social Services or Health Services, allowing us to charge your local authority for services. This means you may not incur any direct charges unless you are solely responsible for funding your care. If you are required to contribute to service costs, we will follow the agreed protocol from your local authority, which will be detailed in your Care Plan. For privately funded services, we will provide a separate contract outlining our charges and payment terms.

Process of Service Delivery

The process of receiving care begins with a health or social care professional, such as a Social Worker or District Nurse, completing a Support Needs Assessment. Once instructed, we will visit you to create a comprehensive Care Plan and conduct a risk assessment, ensuring that your specific needs are met.

Your Care Plan will detail the services we will provide, how and when they will be delivered, and any preferences you may have. We also conduct a risk assessment to ensure both your safety and that of our care workers. This includes recording any allergies or specific requests you may have to ensure tailored care. A copy of your Care Plan will be left in your home for reference.

Our office staff will select qualified care workers who have the skills needed to deliver your service. We understand the importance of continuity and aim to provide you with a consistent caregiver who can build a rapport over time. Your Care Plan will be reviewed every three to six months or when there are changes in your circumstances, ensuring that our services remain aligned with your needs.

 

 

 

Insurance Cover

As a care agency in North London, we prioritise safety and accountability. We hold Employers Liability Insurance and Public Liability Insurance to protect our staff while performing their duties. However, this should not replace your normal household insurance. Our care workers are trained to work safely and take reasonable care of your property and equipment. Should any damage occur, please contact our office immediately so that we can investigate the matter. Please note that we are not liable for normal wear and tear or equipment failures.
